Aubrey Covert MS, OTR/L is the owner of Cove Child Development, she has her Masters in occupational therapy from A.T. Still University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She has a passion for teaching skills that promote independence and quality of life and loves working with people of all needs, abilities, and ages.
Aubrey is a lucky sister to an extraordinary brother who has Down syndrome. She knows first hand the importance of having the right therapeutic resources and the difference it can make to work with a family centered therapist. She has been working with the special needs community for the past 16 years in schools, hospitals, in early intervention, and in the community. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals in order to live life to the fullest! |
Meet Mrs. Rachel MS, OTR/L
Mrs. Rachel sees clients in-home for occupational therapy. She has been an occupational therapist for 6 years. She enjoys working in pediatrics with a focus on play based learning and parent coaching. Mrs. Rachel graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and completed her undergrad at Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors in Community Health.

Meet Maelie-Therapy Dog in Training
Miss. Maelie is currently in training for her new job at Cove Child Development, Occupational Therapy. Maelie is learning how to calm sensory difficulties and loves to help children work on fine motor skills by getting clips in her hair. Maelie also assists in self help skills like hair brushing and shoe tying. Please let your childs therapist know if you would like to be notified when Maelie is completed with her training.
