Parents are required to stay at the clinic for the duration of their child’s therapy session.​

Siblings are allowed in the seating area with parent supervision.
​ Siblings are not allowed on equipment or in the gym or treatment space at any time.

Please only enter the clinic during your child’s appointment time. 
Cancelations should be done 48 hours in advance,
​If you are canceling an appointment only do so via your Jane account.

CANCELATIONS

If you do not give us 48 hour’ notice that you will not be attending your scheduled  appointment you will be charged a $38 fee.

NO SHOW

No Shows will be charged a $100 fee 

Canceling 1 hour prior to your session is considered a no show.

  lATE VISIT

If you are 8+ minutes late you will be charged a fee. As we are unable to bill for this time.
Services will be discontinued if you are bellow a 80% attendance rate in a 2 month time period or after 2 no-shows.
Makeup sessions should be scheduled in order to stay above a 80% attendance rate.

Billing & Scheduling

Documents, billing, or cancelations can be viewed and updated through signing in the the Cove Child Development Jane.app.

Payments are due at time of service any unpaid balances will be collected at the middle and end of the month. 

​A super-bill will be provided upon request in order to submit to your insurance for private pay clients.
